• *Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Packet Core Engineer to join our team in a hybrid project based in Lisbon.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with mobile networks (3G, 4G, 5G), good understanding of telecom and IT networks, and knowledge of key network protocols like GTP, DNS, Diameter, and HTTP.

Additional responsibilities include analyzing performance, solving problems, and improving systems using tools like Wireshark, NetAct, or U2000. Experience working with vendors like Ericsson, Nokia, or Mavenir is also an advantage.

• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• A degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience working with mobile core network elements, such as AMF, MME, SGSN, UPF, S-GW, P-GW, and GGSN.
• Experience with virtual environments, e.g., VMware, OpenStack, NFV.
• Familiarity with VoLTE (Voice over LTE) and DNS, AAA, PCRF.
