- Service Delivery Manager Role OverviewThis is a key position within our organization, responsible for ensuring operational readiness and compliance with service quality standards.The successful candidate will lead service ownership and quality assurance, define service models, monitor performance, and deliver regular reporting.They will manage third-party vendors and coordinate with internal teams to deploy and improve services.The role involves driving service improvements, ensuring alignment with global standards, and supporting incident escalations.Maintaining strategic relationships with stakeholders and overseeing service governance globally are also critical components of this position.Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Service Management
- Strong background in Network Service Management, preferably with ITIL knowledge
- Proven ability to manage incidents, problems, changes, and drive service improvements
- Experience coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and delivering cost efficiencies
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently or as part of a global team
- Fluency in English
