• We are seeking a highly skilled Packet Core Engineer to join our team in Lisbon. This is a hybrid project that requires 2 days of onsite work per week.
• Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain mobile core network elements such as AMF, MME, SGSN, UPF, S-GW, P-GW, and GGSN.
• Develop and deploy solutions using key network protocols like GTP, DNS, Diameter, and HTTP.
• Analyse performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve systems.
• Work with virtual environments such as VMware, OpenStack, and NFV.
• Familiarity with VoLTE, DNS, AAA, PCRF, and tools like Wireshark, NetAct, and U2000 is a plus.
• Experience working with vendors like Ericsson, Nokia, or Mavenir is a bonus.
• Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience working with mobile networks (3G, 4G, 5G).
• Good understanding of telecom and IT networks.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
