  • Responsibilities
  • Extensive knowledge of computer operations, security, and network systems
  • Must have good knowledge about networking components such as routers, modems, adaptors, switches, and servers.
  • The service professional should be able to keep updated with all the latest developments related to these components.
  • Know how to troubleshoot network connectivity problems.
  • In-depth understanding of communication technologies applications and telecommunications systems
  • You Must Have
  • Proven skills and experience to keep track of customer environment network needs
  • Knowledge and experience in solving network issues
  • Experience and training in network design and data systems
  • Project management skills
  • Knowledge in scripting and programming routines
  • Knowledge and experience in network automation
  • Good to have experience in administration of Juniper firewalls, Extreme networks/Extreme Netsight, Juniper space, tacacs
  • Strong English proficiency level that allows the service provider to read, write, listen, and speak in English.
  • European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.
  • Availability to go to the office, twice a week.
