Network Infrastructure Specialist
- We are seeking a skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to maintain and support our network infrastructure.
- Maintenance of network infrastructures
- Implementation of technical solutions
- Documentation of all actions related to interventions
- Identification and suggestion of growth opportunities
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Training in Information Technology with emphasis on networking and systems
- Experience in information technology with expertise in networks, communication protocols, and security systems
- Practical experience in routing, switching, and virtualization
- Knowledge of Cisco, CheckPoint, F5, and Ubiquiti technologies
- Advanced knowledge in voice and contact center systems
- Advanced knowledge in implementing endpoint and perimeter security solutions, local, virtual, and cloud
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux systems and scripting languages (Powershell, shell script, ...)
- Fluent in English with ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of ITSM frameworks, specifically ITIL
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed
