Network Analyst (relocation to Belgium)

We are looking for a Network Analyst who is willing to relocate to join our Client’s team in Brussels, Belgium.

• Eligibility:
• Candidate must have resided in Portugal for at least the past 5 years.
• Portuguese citizenship is mandatory.
• Candidate must be prepared to obtain EU security clearance upon accepting the job offer (with Hexa coordination).

Key Responsibilities:
Provide first and second-line network support to the Service Centre.
Diagnose and resolve network incidents and problems efficiently.
Install, replace, modify, and configure network systems and components.
Monitor network systems proactively to detect and resolve potential issues.
Document network systems by writing Standard Operating Procedures.
Operate Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) to support client installations, moves, and changes.
Assist with preparation and execution of network-related security assessments.
Take the technical lead for standalone Internet lines and carrier connectivity.
Supervise and escort external ICT service providers on-site.
Lead Passive Network Infrastructure (PNWI) activities.
Execute any other duties related to network cabling as needed.

Required Qualifications:
Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with at least 2 years of post-related experience, or a secondary education with at least 4 years of post-related experience.
Minimum 4 years of experience in LAN switching and network support activities.
At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Passive Network Infrastructure systems.
Recent CCNA-level working knowledge (minimum 4 years).
At least 2 years of recent experience with:
Cisco Prime for network monitoring.
Cisco ISE for client device resolution.
Cisco Wireless Access Points and configurations.
Experience with Microsoft IP Address Management (IPAM).
Solid understanding of DNS and DHCP protocols.

Desirable:
Experience working in international environments with both military and civilian stakeholders.
ITIL certification is a plus.
Experience with communication interfaces involving Crypto systems.
