• What are you going to do
• Implement virtualization solutions utilizing technologies such as VMware, XenServer or KVM to support diverse workloads and optimize performance.
• Design and manage virtual networks, storage, and compute resources, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python or Bash for automation of virtualization tasks.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to maintain high availability and disaster recovery across virtual environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and define virtualization needs, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for virtualization architecture, operational procedures, and best practices.
• MCO Virtualized environment : Patching, Upgrade, Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues, Hardening (CIS), Migration,
• Support Ticket checking and resolution
• Attend to DRP test
• On call Support

• What are we looking for?
• Expert: minimum 5 years on a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• Expert: VMware, with several years of experience working in large environments (over hundreds of VMs and dozens of ESXi hosts) and, ideally, with knowledge of VMware automation.
• Good knowledge of virtualization environment (VMware, XenServer, KVM, Hardening, automation…)
• Hands-on experience with Solarwinds for dashboard and performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, load balancing, and SSL VPNs.
• Scripting skills Powershell.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues in Virtualized environments.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams and train users.
• Azure Cloud knowledge
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and Windows Server
• Knowledge of ITIL processes for incident and change management.
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
