We are looking for talented and purpose-driven professionals to join our team!

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain robust network infrastructures — built for performance, availability, and security.
  • Lead and inspire network engineering teams, driving strategic initiatives that push the business forward.
  • Oversee network architecture, upgrades, and optimization projects from vision to execution.
  • Be the go-to expert for critical incidents — resolving challenges swiftly and effectively.
  • Ensure security and compliance across regulated environments.
  • Drive transformation and migration projects across multi-vendor and hybrid cloud landscapes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering.
  • Proven success managing enterprise-scale networks.
  • Solid background in network transformation or migration projects.
  • Deep knowledge of network security, compliance, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with multi-vendor and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Strong command of protocols like TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and MPLS.
  • Practical experience with Cisco routers and switches, and firewalls such as Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, and Fortinet.
  • Strong understanding of security concepts — VPNs, DMZ, IDS/IPS, SSL/TLS, and Zero Trust.
  • Experience in cloud networking with Azure and AWS, including hybrid integrations.
  • Skilled in using network monitoring tools like Wireshark, SolarWinds, Cisco ISE, NetFlow, and SNMP.
  • Familiarity with automation and scripting — Python, Ansible, Bash, PowerShell.
  • Certifications such as CCNP/CCIE (Cisco), Palo Alto PCNSE, ITIL Foundation, or CompTIA Network+/Security+ are highly valued.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven leadership in coordinating technical teams.
  • Project management experience — timelines, deliverables, stakeholders.

  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to simplify complex issues and deliver clear, practical solutions.
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to service excellence.
  • Eligible and available to work within the EU.
