- key responsibilities
- Designing and planning the high-level architecture for complex .NET systems, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and performant by selecting the right technologies, frameworks, and design patterns.
- Defining the long-term technical roadmap, researches and prototypes emerging technologies within the .NET and Azure ecosystem, and ensures technology decisions are aligned with long-term business goals.
- Mentoring development teams, establishing coding standards and best practices, and enforces architectural consistency and quality across all software projects to create maintainable and robust solutions.
- Acting as the primary bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical specifications and clearly communicating complex architectural concepts and decisions.

- Ambitious people with a passion for this area;
- Degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
- More than 7 years of experience with .NET;
- Experience with .NET 4.8 and Webforms;
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS (Bootstrap);
- Solid skills of SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services;
- Experience with Agile and Unitary Tests will be a plus;
- Written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English);
- Ability to work effectively and manage deadlines;
- Sense of responsibility, commitment and integrity;
- Focus on innovation, dynamism, autonomy and teamwork.
