  • Your Day-to-Day and Responsibilities
  • Integrate and actively participate in technology consulting transformation projects, with the possibility of coordinating and operationally supervising teams;
  • Create, present, and discuss technical solutions with other team members, aligned with the needs of our national and international clients;
  • Participate in the development and maintenance phases of robust, scalable, and secure backend services, using .NET or Java;
  • Technical design of solutions, including defining architecture, patterns, and best practices;
  • Collaborate with product, frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure functional and technical alignment;
  • Write unit and integration tests and support their automation;
  • Participate in code reviews, continuous improvement initiatives, and knowledge sharing with the team to ensure the quality and success of deliverables;.
  • Prepare technical documentation.;
  • Plan, execute, and/or independently coordinate the activities involved in delivering various outputs within the scope of a project or workstream.

Are You the One We're Looking For?

  • Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
  • Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related fields;
  • Certifications valued in:
  • NET: Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, .NET Developer.
  • Java: Oracle Certified Professional: Java SE, Spring Professional Certification.
  • Software Architecture, such as: TOGAF, Software Architecture by O'Reilly);
  • Cloud: AWS Certified Developer – Associate or equivalent em Azure/GCP.
  • Techical skills:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in backend development with .NET (preferably .NET Core/.NET 6+) and/or Java (preferably Java 11+):
  • Experience with C#, LINQ, Entity Framework, ASP.NET Web API, and/or frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA is a plus;
  • Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful API design, and integration with external systems;
  • Solid knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL; and non-relational databases like MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra;
  • Experience with version control tools such as Git and/or CI/CD;
  • Experience in managing dependencies with tools like Maven or Gradle;
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, JUnit, Mockito);
  • Familiarity with SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean code practices;
  • Experience in cloud environments (preferably Azure or AWS);
  • Knowledge in designing solutions to meet different requirements;
  • Previous experience in Agile methodology projects is a plus.
  • Other skills:
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English (mandatory);
  • Proficiency in additional languages (such as French and German) is a plus;
  • Costumer and resultes oriented;
  • Ability to mentor and support the more junior team members;
  • Strong communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and teamwork;
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
