Our client is one of the most popular airlines with a network of many connections across Europe.
As an interest in the travelling services is growing very rapidly, we are looking for reinforcements in the form of German-speaking back office employees for our team in Lisbon/Portugal.

We are looking for you!

• �� As a Customer Support you will:
• Handling cases in collaboration with lawyers, legal officers, and National Enforcement Bodies (NEB).
• Supporting the NEB in verifying whether transport operators comply with passenger rights under the regulations.
• Managing complaints from passengers who believe their rights have been violated and resolving these cases with the relevant authorities in the country where the incident occurred.
• Mediating and resolving disputes with agencies to avoid legal proceedings whenever possible.

• �� Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):
• 1100€ gross x 14 months (it’s 1283€ gross x 12 months)
• 75€ gross project bonus/month (it is a fixed salary supplement)
• up to 175€ gross performance bonus,
• 20 €/month – Transport allowance
• ��7.23 NET/day (approx. 145€/month) meal voucher!

• Fluency in German (C2 – native)
• Communicative English level (min. B2)
