???? We’re Hiring | Systems & Identity Engineer (Microsoft Ecosystem)
We are looking for experienced professionals to join our Systems and Identity Engineering team, working in a large-scale, mission-critical technological environment with national impact.
???? The Challenge
You will be part of a team responsible for managing and evolving complex Microsoft-based infrastructures, ensuring security, availability, and operational excellence across hybrid and enterprise environments.
???? What we’re looking for
✔️ Minimum 12th grade or equivalent technical/professional qualification;
✔️ Strong experience (4+ years) in enterprise environments, including: Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Hybrid environments (On-Prem + O365), Microsoft Intune, Teams, and OneDrive for Business, Microsoft FIM / MIM;
✔️ Solid technical knowledge of: Windows Server, Azure AD, SAN, Routing & Switching, Ethernet, VLAN, VPN, IPSec, SNMP, QoSm, TCP/IP, IPv4 and IPv6;
✔️ Microsoft certifications (Active Directory, Azure AD, Windows Server, Exchange, Intune, SCCM) are a strong plus.
????️ Key Responsibilities
???? Manage and operate Domain Controllers, physical and virtual servers, SharePoint platforms, and collaboration systems;
???? Provide 2nd and 3rd line support via ITSM / SMAX;
???? Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve incidents and service requests;
???? Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers;
???? Administer and maintain hybrid infrastructures;
???? Implement technical changes and improvements;
???? Produce technical documentation and operational reports;
???? Support critical national-level entities and services.
