  • What is this challenge about
  • Building and maintaining scalable microservices using modern engineering principles;
  • Designing high-quality solutions following Clean Architecture, SOLID, and best development practices;
  • Working with RESTful APIs and/or gRPC to ensure efficient service communication;
  • Developing and integrating LLM-based conversational agents for real business use cases;
  • Creating and optimizing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines connected to external data sources;
  • Evaluating GenAI agents using metrics like relevance, factual accuracy, and context awareness;
  • Orchestrating internal fine-tuned models and external AI services (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face);
  • Building API wrappers or SDKs to scale AI capabilities across the organization;
  • Contributing to cutting-edge AI and microservices architecture in an international environment.

  • What we are looking for
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Java Developer;
  • Experience in microservices development, ideally using .NET (C#);
  • Strong understanding of software architecture principles (Clean Architecture, SOLID, etc.);
  • Experience working with REST/gRPC services;
  • Knowledge or interest in Generative AI, LLMs, and/or RAG pipelines;
  • Ability to integrate and orchestrate AI/LLM services using external APIs or internal models;
  • Willingness to relocate to Portugal (full visa support provided).
