Job Impulse Portugal is recruiting a Software Development Team Leader(M/F/D), delivery-focused and with strong leadership skills, to join an international project for one of our clients.
?? Remote position, with availability for occasional travel.
Descrição de funções:
- Lead and manage a software development team, providing technical guidance and day-to-day support;
- Plan, organise, and allocate workloads in collaboration with Product Owners and development management.
- Ensure compliance with development, security, and WCAG accessibility standards.
- Provide technical oversight, support architectural decision-making, and promote best engineering practices.

Mentor developers and foster continuous improvement within the team.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers, providing clear updates on progress and issue resolution.
- Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives).
- Stay up to date with AI-related technologies and trends to enhance development efficiency and delivery quality.
Requisitos:
- Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams.

Strong knowledge of .NET (C#), Angular (TypeScript) and SQL Server.
- Experience with Azure or AWS, including serverless technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working in Agile environments.
- Fluency in English (other languages will be valued).
- Availability for occasional travel.
Mandatory: Reside in Portugal and hold all valid documentation.
Nice to Have

Previous hands-on development experience.
- Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and CI/CD.

Experience with automated testing.
- Awareness of secure development methodologies.

Understanding of system performance and monitoring.
