Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work model: Full-time, Hybrid (3x office per week)

About the Role

We’re expanding our Technology Services Team capacity to support our customers.

This professional will be responsible for developing and maintaining automation scripts, monitoring solutions, APIs, and data integration workflows. The ideal candidate combines strong programming and scripting skills, experience with monitoring tools, and the ability to manipulate and analyze data from multiple sources.

  • Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize automation scripts and workflows using Python, Shell, JavaScript, C#/.NET, and PL/SQL;
  • Implement and manage monitoring solutions, including Run Book Automation, SiteScope, Operation Bridge, Real User Monitoring, DataDog, Dynatrace, NewRelic, Vector, and Metricbeats;
  • Design, develop, and maintain APIs (Standalone & RESTful) using frameworks such as Django, Flask, and Express.js;
  • Work with databases, both SQL and NoSQL, to extract, transform, and load data for automation and reporting purposes;
  • Develop solutions using Oracle Apex framework where required;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate operational processes and integrate data from multiple technological sources;
  • Monitor and analyze system performance and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement;
  • Document processes, scripts, and monitoring procedures to maintain knowledge and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Requirements
  • Proven experience with automation and monitoring tools, including Run Book Automation, SiteScope, Operation Bridge, Real User Monitoring, DataDog, Dynatrace, NewRelic, Vector, or Metricbeats;
  • Strong programming and scripting skills in Python, Shell, JavaScript, C#/.NET, SQL, and PL/SQL;
  • Experience with NoSQL databases and data manipulation;
  • Knowledge of Oracle Apex framework is a plus;
  • Hands-on experience in developing and supporting APIs (Standalone & RESTful);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail;
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a complex technical environment;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multiple teams;
  • Good command of the English language (spoken and written).
