Service Delivery Management Officer – Hybrid (Lisbon)

What we are looking for

Hard Skills:

  • English Environment – Mandatory
  • Expertise of service ownership within a Network environment in a large corporate environment (with ITIL preferably)
  • Expertise managing competing priorities and ability to work as part of a team or independently
  • Expertise with Network incident and problem management
  • Expertise in change management, communication activities and mediation
  • Expertise and understanding in the management and rollout of processes and organisation change
  • Expertise in developing new Network services at Service Management level
  • Expertise in driving Service Improvement Plans / QoS initiatives
  • Expertise to manage service budgets and drive cost efficiencies
  • proven expertise of managing supplier and service provider relationships
  • Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving expertise
