Specialized in Team Extension, Managed Services, Custom Software, and Nearshore, PrimeIT currently has a team of more than 2,350 professionals working on national and international projects across multiple technologies.

We are looking for a Network Service Lead to join one of our strategic projects, with responsibility for designing, leading, and evolving complex enterprise network environments.

  • Main responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructures, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
  • Lead and support a team of network engineers in day-to-day operations.
  • Drive strategic network initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee network architecture, upgrades, transformation, and optimization projects.
  • Act as the escalation point for critical network incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in enterprise environments.
  • Required profile
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering roles.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale network architectures.
  • Experience leading network transformation or migration projects.
  • Strong background in network security and compliance in regulated environments.
  • Experience working in multi-vendor and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Technical expertise:
  • Network protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS
  • Hardware: Cisco routers and switches; firewalls such as Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, and Fortinet
  • Security: VPNs, DMZ, IDS/IPS, SSL/TLS, Zero Trust Architecture
  • Cloud networking: Azure and AWS, including hybrid cloud integration
  • Tools: Wireshark, SolarWinds, Cisco ISE, NetFlow, SNMP
  • Automation and scripting: Python, Ansible, Bash, PowerShell
  • Certifications (preferred):
  • CCNP or CCIE (Cisco)
  • Palo Alto PCNSE
  • ITIL Foundation
  • CompTIA Network+ and/or Security+
