We are looking for a NOC Analyst to join a project at a company specializing in the management of financial markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the continuous monitoring of network infrastructure and systems, ensuring service availability, performance, and security. Acts as the first line of response to incidents, identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical issues or escalating them when necessary.

  • Responsabilities:
  • Monitor networks, servers, and systems 24/7 using monitoring tools
  • Detect, analyze, and respond to incidents and alerts in real time
  • Perform initial troubleshooting of network, hardware, and software issues
  • Escalate incidents to Level 2/3 teams according to defined procedures
  • Log, update, and document incidents in ticketing systems
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational KPIs
  • Perform connectivity tests and performance checks
  • Support scheduled maintenance activities and infrastructure changes
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and, when applicable, with customers
  • Maintain updated technical documentation and follow operational procedures
  • Requirements
  • Degree or training in IT, Networking, Systems, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a NOC or technical support environment
  • Solid knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN)
  • Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Basic knowledge of network security
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy)
  • Ability to work in shifts (including nights/weekends, if applicable)
