We are looking for a Network & Telecom Engineer to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise network, Wi-Fi, mobile, and telephony infrastructures .
This role combines operational support, incident management, infrastructure planning, and coordination with external providers , within an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Support
- Monitor and resolve network, Wi-Fi, mobile, and telephony incidents
- Ensure high availability and performance of communication systems
- Provide technical support to internal teams for data networks and voice services
- Maintain documentation and ensure service continuity
- Infrastructure & Capacity Planning
- Plan and improve telecom infrastructure capacity
- Contribute to infrastructure upgrades and modernization initiatives
- Identify performance bottlenecks and propose optimization measures
- Vendor & Project Coordination
- Manage and coordinate external service providers
- Ensure service quality and compliance with SLAs
- Lead and support network and mobility projects
- Balance project activities while maintaining daily operational stability
- Required Skills & Experience
- Solid experience in network and telecom environments
- Knowledge of:
- Enterprise data networks
- Wi-Fi infrastructures
- Mobile connectivity
- Telephony systems
- Experience managing external providers and SLAs
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in both operational and project-driven contexts
- Language Skills
- English – B2 minimum
- French – B2 minimum
Hybrid Work: 2/3x On-site in Lisbon
