- Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructures, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Manage and optimize switching and routing environments, with a focus on enterprise-grade network architectures.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, configuration, and performance issues.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to ensure seamless network integration across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Support the implementation of network best practices, standards, and operational procedures.
- Contribute to incident, problem, and change management processes aligned with IT service management practices.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation related to network architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.
- You must have:
- 5 years experience working with enterprise network environments and troubleshooting complex network issues.
- Proven experience in enterprise network administration and support.
- Strong knowledge of switching, routing, and network infrastructure management.
- Understanding of cloud networking concepts and hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and operational processes.
- European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.
- Availability to go to the office, twice per week.
- Certifications:
- CCNA
- CompTIA Network+
- ITIL Foundation
- Knowledge or certification in Cloud Networking is valued.
