Our UI UX designer identifies new opportunities to create better user experiences. At the moment we are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers;

Conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights about the target audience and their needs;

Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets;

Designing user interfaces;

Creating wireframes and prototypes;

Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like;

Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness);

Requirements:

• Hands-on Experience with Design Tools
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, Axure, and other design and prototyping tools.
• Ability to create design systems and maintain reusable component libraries.

• User-Centered Design Principles
• Strong understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD), Design Thinking, and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).
• Experience conducting usability testing and analyzing user behavior.

• Wireframing & Navigation Flows
• Skilled in developing wireframes, interactive prototypes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design, ensuring accessibility and usability.

• Technical Knowledge
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Familiarity with design tokens, CSS variables, and frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Tailwind, Bootstrap, etc.) is a plus.

• Collaboration & Communication
• Experience working in agile teams (Scrum, Kanban) and collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to justify design decisions based on data, UX metrics, and user feedback.

• Nice to Have
• Experience with A/B testing and UX analytics (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc.).
• Familiarity with design versioning tools, such as Abstract or Figma Libraries.
