Key Responsibilities:

• User Experience & Interface Design: Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma; collaborate with the product team to translate requirements into intuitive user interfaces; apply UX best practices to create consistent and user-friendly experiences.

• Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation; participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• User Research & Testing: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and use it to suggest design improvements.

• Learning & Growth: Stay updated on design trends and Figma features; participate in team learning sessions and workshops.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS

What You'll Bring

• Proficiency in UI design tools such as Figma.

• Basic understanding of animation and its benefits in interface design, with the ability to prototype animations.

• Knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability, accessibility, and user testing methodologies.

• Technical understanding of how design decisions impact development.

• A portfolio that demonstrates a good grasp of UI/UX design principles, with a focus on responsive and mobile-first design.

• Passionate about design, innovation, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

• Excellent English, both written and spoken.
