• As a UX/UI Creative Lead at TN Portugal, you'll have the opportunity to shape the user experience of our cutting-edge AI enabled cloud MES platform. This is a unique chance to leverage your expertise in UX/UI design to drive business success and innovation.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design process for our AI enabled cloud MES platform, working closely with the product team to translate business requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, applying UX best practices to create consistent and user-friendly experiences.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation, participating in design reviews and providing constructive feedback.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and use it to suggest design improvements.

• Strategic leadership and vision for UX/UI design.
• Expertise in UI design tools such as Figma.
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability, accessibility, and user testing methodologies.
