UX DESIGNER

We’re looking for a UX Designer who’s passionate about understanding users, driven by empathy, and skilled in creating engaging, user-centered interfaces.   • ROLE DESCRIPTION - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • User Research & Empathy: Conduct onsite user research to gain deep insights into user needs, behaviors, and experiences.
  • Design & Prototyping: Create high-fidelity mock-ups, journey maps, and workflow diagrams that translate user needs into intuitive, visually appealing designs.
  • Collaborative Development: Partner with product owners and developers to transform design concepts into user stories and functional specifications, ensuring a seamless handoff.
  • Iterative Design Process: Engage in an agile, iterative design process, consistently refining solutions to maximize user satisfaction and product impact.
  • Cross-functional Teamwork: Collaborate with a diverse set of teams, from product to development, to align design with technical capabilities and product goals.
  • Design Communication: Leverage your storytelling and presentation skills to communicate design vision and user impacts effectively.
  • MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
  • 3+ years of experience as a UX designer.
  • Passion for problem-solving, with strong storytelling abilities.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with information architecture, wireframing, interaction design, and visual design.
  • Knowledge of usability testing methods and ability to translate insights into actionable design improvements.
  • Analytical skills balanced with creativity and a willingness to experiment.
  • Ability to collaborate proactively across multiple design and development teams.
  • Experience in Figma, Adobe Suite, or Sketch for prototyping and UI specification.
  • ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Agile/Scrum Methodologies: Familiarity with agile frameworks like Scrum, including sprint cycles and iterative development.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders.
  • Portfolio: Showcasing your design process, from research to final deliverables.
