Your Role

You will be an integral part of our Product Team, joining a diverse group of individuals passionate about creating innovative solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Main Responsibilities
• Analyzing business needs and translating them into effective, high-performance front-end solutions that cater to user expectations and industry standards.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, maintainable, and high-quality front-end applications with a strong emphasis on performance, accessibility, and user experience.
• Collaborating with designers, back-end engineers, and key stakeholders to refine requirements, ensure seamless integration, and enhance the overall user experience.
• Developing and implementing efficient, reusable, and testable code using modern front-end technologies, while contributing to the continuous evolution of the front-end tech stack and advocating for best practices.
• Utilizing deep technical expertise to drive engineering excellence, mentor peers, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• A university degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, accompanied by relevant technical certifications.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development, particularly in complex, long-term projects.
• A thorough understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Git, Pull Requests, and Agile methodologies (SCRUM).
• Experience with Design Systems is highly valued.
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with exceptional analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
