• We are looking for a skilled Technical Product Designer/Design Engineer to help us build our initial product, Debate Markets by Contro. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with company leadership and engineers to spearhead the design process from ideation to execution.
• About the Role
• You will be responsible for designing and implementing a user-centric experience for our debate prediction market product.
• You will think creatively about how to solve complex problems and come up with innovative solutions.
• You will collaborate with our engineering team to ensure seamless integration of your designs.
• You will work closely with our leadership team to align our product strategy with our company goals.
• Your Skills and Qualifications
• You possess a strong background in product design, with a focus on creating engaging user experiences.
• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• You have a high level of analytical ability and can understand complex financial/blockchain products.
• You have experience with Typescript or another programming language.
• You are familiar with component libraries and have experience with responsive design.

• You will receive a competitive base salary ($80,000 - $140,000) depending on experience and location.
