With offices in Lisbon and Oporto, we are a consultant specialized in the Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems.   • What are you going to do?
  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points;
  • Collaborate with product managers to define user journeys and information architecture;
  • Design innovative UI/UX solutions that prioritize usability, accessibility, and visual appeal;
  • Prototype, iterate, and refine designs based on user feedback and testing;
  • Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for web and mobile applications;
  • Ensure UI design elements adhere to TMO's branding guidelines and design system;
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices;
  • Champion user-centric thinking within the product development process;
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure smooth implementation of design solutions;
  • Track and analyze user engagement metrics to measure the success of design decisions.
  • What are we looking for?
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a UI/UX designer or a related field;
  • Proven track record of designing user-centered interfaces for complex applications;
  • Strong understanding of user research methodologies and user-centered design
  • principles;
  • Expertise in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD);
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences;
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional user experiences;
  • Experience with B2B software design or the FinTech industry.
