We are Aubay Portugal, a multi-national of French origin, in Portugal since 2007. With offices in Lisbon and Oporto, we are a consultant specialized in the Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. We have more than 150 active partners and operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.

• What are you going to do?
• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points;
• Collaborate with product managers to define user journeys and information architecture;
• Design innovative UI/UX solutions that prioritize usability, accessibility, and visual appeal;
• Prototype, iterate, and refine designs based on user feedback and testing;
• Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for web and mobile applications;
• Ensure UI design elements adhere to TMO's branding guidelines and design system;
• Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices;
• Champion user-centric thinking within the product development process;
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure smooth implementation of design solutions;
• Track and analyze user engagement metrics to measure the success of design decisions.

• What are we looking for?
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a UI/UX designer or a related field;
• Proven track record of designing user-centered interfaces for complex applications;
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies and user-centered design
• principles;
• Expertise in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD);
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences;
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional user experiences;
• Experience with B2B software design or the FinTech industry.
