We are looking for a seasoned Product Experience Designer to lead our UX and UI design efforts in the banking sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional user experiences that drive engagement and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive user journeys and UI screens
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class design solutions
Establish and maintain design standards and guidelines
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user journey mapping and UI design
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
Deep understanding of front-end design principles and best practices
