The Role:

We are seeking a UX/UI Designer who believes in helping customers achieve their goals through strategic problem-solving and intuitive interface design.

• This position collaborates with the Product Development team to design User Interfaces and conduct UX Research for our product and its development.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Create user interfaces and handle complex use cases for new features and enhancements within cross-functional teams.
• Work closely with designers, developers, product owners, and project managers to inform and defend design solutions.
• Participate in user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Document product guidelines and best practices (focusing on atomic design principles).
• Requirements:Necessary Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in a professional UI/UX role.
• Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail – thorough work carried out.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Time management, organization, and prioritization.
• Teamwork – meeting deadlines.
• Excellent English skills – spoken and written.
• Prior Experience is a Plus:
• Proficiency in UI design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
• Design Systems (focusing on atomic design principles).
• Knowledge of agile software development methodologies.
