The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Design Lead to join our dynamic team and lead the design vision for one of our most successful partner's rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Web3 UI/UX design and experience leading a design team.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the design vision for our products, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Work closely with the Head of Design and Product team to align design strategy with technical requirements.
• Effectively communicate design choices and solutions during internal reviews.

• Requirements:
• Strong understanding of UX and UI design principles, responsive design and best practices across different platforms, apps, websites and dashboards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Impressive UX design skills with a strong understanding of UI.
