• Job Description:
• Help lead the UI/UX design process for Workia, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and user needs.
• Work closely with the development team to implement designs and ensure a high-quality user experience.
• Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups.
• Translate high-level requirements into user flows, user stories, and elegant interactions.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.

• Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience designing a complex system/platform and a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in UI/UX design for web-based applications.
• Proven experience designing web and mobile applications, with a focus on SaaS platforms or collaboration tools.
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.
