What Product Design Looks Like at Agoda:
As a product designer at Agoda, you’ll collaborate with a product manager, 6-8 engineers, researchers, and cross-functional partners. Together, you’ll drive your segment of Agoda, deliver solutions to challenges, and gather feedback directly from customers and internal stakeholders.
Role in the CEG Team:
The Customer Experience Group (CEG) at Agoda is our dedicated support team, focused on providing assistance and solutions for booking-related inquiries. As the primary point of contact for our customers and partners, the CEG plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience. This team is unique within Agoda, as it directly interacts with customers, reflecting our commitment to delivering excellent service and continually improving operational processes. As a designer on the CEG team, you’ll play a crucial role in driving great UX while meeting business objectives.
