• Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience with design software and wireframe tools
• The candidate will need to submit a portfolio of professional design projects that include work with web/mobile applications.
• Demonstrated experience in designing usable web-based interfaces for complex internal systems
• Excellent understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices
• Outstanding design skills in visual and interaction design, interactive prototyping, understanding of digital accessibility
• A well-developed eye for detail
• Experience in collaboration with design and developer teams
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
• Will be a plus:
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles
• Experience in conducting user testing sessions
• Responsibilities:
• Work closely with project leads to conduct user research and analyze business requirements
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods
• Design user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing, functional, consistent with the brand identity and meet accessibility guidelines
• Present and defend your design decisions, ensuring they are grounded in design thinking and fundamental principles
