Senior UI/UX Product Designer

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Product Designer to work on Workia.com, an innovative software solution designed to simplify employee moves and provide seamless collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have experience designing complex systems and web-based applications, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in UI/UX design principles and best practices.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the UI/UX design process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement designs that deliver a high-quality user experience.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Design Leadership: Help lead the UI/UX design process for Workia.com, ensuring a seamless user experience and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and user needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to implement designs and ensure a high-quality user experience.
• User Research: Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups that translate high-level requirements into user flows, user stories, and elegant interactions.
• Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback, staying up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.

• Qualifications:
• Experience: 4+ years of experience designing a complex system/platform and a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in UI/UX design for web-based applications.
• Skillset: Proven experience designing web and mobile applications, with a focus on SaaS platforms or collaboration tools, and proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices, excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.
