**About the Role**

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to lead design initiatives across multiple platforms. This role involves driving the user experience and design vision from concept to completion while ensuring alignment with both user needs and business goals.

• - Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in all design outputs.
• *Must-Have Qualifications**

• - 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• - Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work with a focus on intuitive, user-centered designs for web and mobile platforms.
• - Experience in building and maintaining design systems and component libraries for scalable, consistent, and high-quality user interfaces.
• - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• - Knowledge of user research methodologies, personas, and user journey mapping.
• - Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• - Strong analytical skills focused on usability and user-centered design.
