As a UX/UI Designer with a deep focus on UX Research, you will be responsible for understanding user needs, behaviors, and pain points to create data-driven design solutions. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure our products are both user-centric and visually appealing.

• ???? Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, usability testing, and analytics to gather insights.
• Use research findings to inform wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
• Develop user personas, customer journey maps, and empathy maps to guide design decisions.
• Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Plan, conduct, and analyze usability tests to refine design solutions.
• Work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and marketing teams.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to validate design decisions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance user experience.

• ???????????? Qualifications & Skills:
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong focus on UX research.
• Proficiency in user research methodologies (interviews, A/B testing, heatmaps, etc.).
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups.
• Ability to synthesize research findings into actionable insights.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UX research methodologies and their impact on design solutions.
