- To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field;
- At least 2 years of experience in UX development or front-end development;
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks;
- Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS) and responsive design principles;
- A strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices;
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD;
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA) and performance optimization;
- Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git);
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
