Job DescriptionIn this role, you'll be responsible for designing product concepts that strike the perfect balance between vision, business potential, and user experience. You'll work closely with our UX Research team to understand customer needs and integrate feedback into product roadmaps and design iterations. This will involve collaborating with developers, product managers, and team leads to ensure seamless implementation and addressing any design-related queries. To succeed in this role, you'll need to maintain a user-centric focus while delivering impeccable design craftsmanship within technical, business, and time constraints.
Key RequirementsA bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design are required. Your skills should include experience in creating prototypes or detailed mockups, communicating complex design concepts, and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. Additionally, you should have experience in running projects independently end-to-end and proficiency in automated test plans.
