About The Project

Our crypto wallet is a game-changing solution that combines advanced security features with an intuitive user interface, making it accessible to a wide range of users. With a strong focus on user-centric design, we aim to create an exceptional user experience that sets us apart from the competition.

We are looking for a talented Design Lead who can bring their expertise and passion to our project, leading a team of designers and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

• Your Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy that aligns with our brand values and user needs.
• Lead a team of designers in creating cohesive and engaging product interfaces that meet both user and business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX Researchers, and other teams to ensure seamless design execution and effective communication.
• Manage and allocate tasks within the design team, ensuring efficient project execution and meeting deadlines.
• Work with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure smooth handoffs and a cohesive user experience.

• Requirements
• 5+ years of design experience, with a proven track record in a lead or senior role, and a portfolio showcasing strong visual and interaction design skills.
• Experience working on B2C mobile apps and a solid understanding of UX and UI design principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Expert knowledge in design software, especially Figma (design and prototype).
