We are looking for an exceptional UX/UI Design Specialist to drive the development of mental health-focused products at TN Portugal. Your expertise in building intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces will be instrumental in shaping our brand's image and user experience.

• Responsibilities
• Design and iterate on wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and accurately implemented.
• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather qualitative data and insights.
• Monitor product metrics and user analytics to gauge the effectiveness of design implementations.
• Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
• Advantage: Proficiency in graphic design (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Advantage: Experience with data analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics).
