• MKTALENT is a client-based company in Lisbon looking for an experienced UI Designer to lead the end-to-end design of visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Main Responsibilities:
• Develop compelling visual designs that meet project requirements, collaborating with product managers and UX designers to translate them into reality.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
• Design and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns to ensure consistency and deliver a cohesive user experience across different platforms.
• Use industry-standard design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) to create pixel-perfect UI designs and assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions on time and within scope.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful UI design projects.
• Expertise in UI design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles and familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
