What You'll Do ????

• As the #1 Designer in our company, you will have complete ownership of everything related to user experience (UX). We call this role "Product Designer" because you'll be involved in the entire lifecycle of product development - not just designing interfaces. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our CPO and CTO, engineers, data analysts, and all teams to ensure that our end deliverable is top notch. Your responsibilities include:
• Leading the UX design process from ideation through to execution.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to craft intuitive, engaging, and effective user interfaces.
• Setting design strategy and standards to drive the overall look and feel of our products.
• Evangelizing design and setting a high-standards culture for design across the entire company.
• Iterating on user feedback and analytics to continuously improve the product experience.
• Driving the integration of user research and usability testing into product development to ensure that data-driven insights shape our design decisions.

What We're Looking For ????

• We’re seeking a talented and driven individual with:
• At least 3 years of experience as a designer. We use this as a proxy for the level of expertise we expect, but we value the quality and relevance of your experience. If you believe your skills and track record demonstrate your ability to excel in this role - even if your years in the field are fewer - please apply.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user experience design, particularly in B2C products.
• Ideally, experience or knowledge of the energy market.
• A track record of entrepreneurial spirit or having started your own company is a plus.
• A passion for user-centered design and a desire to impact the future of energy markets.
