We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Specialist to join our team at 3CORESec. As a UI/UX Specialist, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that meet the needs of our clients. Your primary focus will be on designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance the user experience.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Create design systems that reflect client branding and principles;
• Oversee design quality and identify opportunities for improvement;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and business objectives;
• Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes;
• Simplify complex requirements into user-friendly experiences;
• Work closely with development teams to ensure design consistency and quality;
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices;

• Requirements:
• +3 years of experience in UX and UI design, particularly for complex applications;
• A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design solutions;
• Expertise in HTML/CSS to ensure practical and implementable designs;
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, and other design platforms;
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills;
