This Role As a Principal UX/UI Designer at OutSystems, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our innovative low-code platform. You will lead the charge in crafting intuitive, elegant, and impactful user experiences that empower developers and organizations to build software faster and better.

Your Responsibilities In this role, you will take ownership of high-impact design initiatives. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to ensure that user-centric design principles are at the core of our platform. You will lead by example, setting the standard for design excellence (UX as well as UI) and ensuring that our interfaces and interactions are not only functional but also delightful and inspiring.

You will drive innovation and advocate for the user's voice throughout the product lifecycle. You will mentor and inspire a large talented team of designers, helping to build a world-class design practice that aligns with OutSystems' mission and values.

The Key Qualifications You Will Need To Succeed 7+ years of experience working in UX or Product Design Experience in a wide range of activities ranging from planning, conducting research in user experience, running product design processes and testing solutions Experience working with cross-functional teams in various departments
