Responsibilities

As a Junior UX/UI Designer, you will be expected to:

Conceptualizing, designing, and prototyping innovative digital or physical products.

Develop immersive prototypes and videos for products, refining product design through iterative user testing and applying feedback on functionality and usability.

Create user-centric design solutions that enhance the overall product experience.

Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions Iterate on designs based on feedback and data analysis.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design.

Be expected to perform independently, while collaborating in cross-functional teams.

Participate/Contribute proactively to team discussions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with project goals.

Contribute to provide solutions to work-related problems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field;

Language proficiency in both Portuguese and English;

Minimum of 2 years of experience with UX/UI Design;

Experience with User Experience (UX) Design (mandatory);

Master proficiency in Product Development and Design Innovation;

Advanced proficiency in Product Requirement Definition;

Expert proficiency in Concept Prototyping and Design Thinking;

Experience creating user-centric designs;

User Research and UX Research abilities;

Experience with design tools and software;

Visual Design and Product Design skills;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
