• Your Role & Responsibilities
• Lead the development, governance, and ongoing enhancement of the aviation industry partner design system to address the needs of product teams across all digital solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product designers, developers, product owners, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on the aviation industry partner design system's vision, processes, resources, and deliverables.
• Working with UX designers, front-end developers, and product teams, ensure the effective integration of the design system into product workflows.
• Standardize and unify UI components and templates across digital products to foster a cohesive and efficient design process.
• Scale the design system throughout the organization for new digital solutions and support redesigning existing ones, including onboarding teams to ensure effective use of the aviation industry partner design system.
• Provide senior-level UI expertise to craft elegant components within the design system, ensuring high-quality interfaces and user satisfaction.
• Partner with the Lead UX Designer to prioritize updates to the aviation industry partner design system based on products needs and organizational goals.

• Required Technical & Professional Expertise
• Experience working in agile or scrum environments alongside cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage the design system across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Proven experience designing and scaling design systems across various frameworks and digital products in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and knowledge of the basics of Storybook, as well as front-end technologies like Angular and React, with the ability to balance technical constraints and design best practices.
• Proven ability to foster collaboration between design and development teams, ensuring seamless integration of design system standards.
