• Key Responsibilities
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and identify user needs.
• Define and design user flows and experiences that simplify and ease complex content as well as actions into usable interfaces.
• Work on the UI, including wireframing, prototyping, and delivering the final user experience in Figma.
• Partner with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and developers to oversee the user experience of new solutions or features from conception to launch.
