Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead UI/UX Designer to join our Performance Team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our digital design efforts, overseeing the development of high-quality digital assets, and ensuring consistent and effective creative output across integrated campaigns.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic creative direction and ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, project managers, media specialists, and creative directors to integrate design with overall campaign strategies.
• Act as a liaison between the design team and clients, understanding their vision and translating it into compelling creative solutions.
• Oversight the final design execution, ensuring all creative work is optimized for digital performance and adheres to industry standards.

• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in digital design, with a robust portfolio that showcases integrated digital campaigns across various channels.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, UI/UX principles, and performance-driven design.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
