Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our Financial Services team. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the problems we solve for our customers.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design complex enterprise products that meet the needs of our institutional clients.

• Responsibilities:
• Pairs with product managers and engineers to develop the strategy and rationale for product features
• Designs connected, holistic, and modular systems that help us move faster in the future
• Breaks down complex projects into simple initiatives and processes that can be effectively built and maintained by the team

• Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in designing world-class complex enterprise products
• Knowledge of financial and crypto products
• Able to define the strategy and solve complex challenges across iOS and Web to turn simplicity out of complexity
