Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to lead the development of our LATAM project's educational content. As part of our Content team, you will work closely with stakeholders to create engaging and effective learning experiences tailored to Spanish-speaking students.

• Responsibilities:
• Develop structured modules, lessons, and assignments aligned with real-world UX/UI design workflows.
• Employ LX design methodologies and modern pedagogical approaches to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
• Design asynchronous content optimized for remote learning, considering diverse student experiences.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as student engagement and learning outcomes, refining content to meet program objectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align educational goals with company objectives and present learning concepts and results.
• Conduct live webinars, mentor students, and provide ongoing support and guidance on design-related topics.

• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, education technology, or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Familiarity with LX design methodologies and modern pedagogical approaches.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
